The Beginning of a New Year

Hey guys, hope your year is out to a great start! I just thought I'd let you know how Bad Boy Mowers is beginning 2007. Not only do we have new salesmen, but we also have new buildings, a paint shop, and even a new product line.

We just finished our new 22,500 square feet building. Yes, it's big, but we have plenty to put in it. For one, we have our new state of the art paint system. It's all automatic and has increased production by 10 times our current capacity. There is over 750 feet of conveyor that runs 5 feet a minute. We can now paint up to 200 mowers a day!

Four guys are in charge of running this massive machine: Randel Davis, Randy Canard, Fred Wann, and Eric Hurst. All are trained to work any station, but they have their specialties. Canard, who has been at Bad Boy for 2 ½ years, works the eye controls on the paint tunnel. Davis runs the controls for the 5 stage wash system. He has been with the company since 2003. Wann and Hurst hang parts on the line and paint hard-to-reach areas with hand-held guns. Both have been Bad Boy employees for over a year.
