Skinner wins O'Reilly Auto Parts 250

With 35 laps remaining, rain brought out the red-flag to halt the O'Reilly Auto Parts 250 at Kansas Speedway. The trucks were not able to get back on track and race leader #5-Mike Skinner was declared the winner; his 26th series win. The last time a NCWTS race was rain-shortened was 2001 at Darlington.
