Give Thanks This July 4th, 2010

Bad Boy would like to ask everyone to take some time this Sunday, July 4th, while we all gather around families' back yards, parks, ballparks, or even town festivals to say a little something towards your thankfulness for this country's Independance. I know fireworks, time off from work, and fireworks displays are a lot of fun, but think about what this time really represents. It's a much deeper holiday than most tend to factor in.

We have all come through so much together in recent years, and it hasn’t given us much time to reflect about anything. The 4th of July 2010 represents so much more than just time off and fun. Many have seen their families suffer due to layoffs and bad economy, yet they strive on and find a way to survive. This is what makes America. We are strong people who believe in our pride and values. There's people out there fighting hard for us to celebrate this day. Many have lost their lives overseas to help keep this country where it is today, including lives lost from here in our own hometown of Batesville, Arkansas. Let's all be sure and give them some thought and a prayer to let them know we thank them and that all they do is not forgotten.

Bad Boy strongly supports our men and women in the military and hope that they too arrive home safely soon. We here at Bad Boy thank you for all that you've done and will continue to do. We will not foget you and will definitely show you our respect this July 4th. God bless and take care...
