I just bought a Bad Boy Mower.

I clean up hurricanes and like storms.  My largest project was the centerfold for National Geographic after Hurricane Katrina. I tell you this because mowing grass is light duty in fact it is "NO DUTY" compared to what I put your mower though and it still cuts grass just fine, perfect in fact. If your mower will cut grass after what I used it for, well you can tell your future prospects to forget about the toughness of the Bad Boy it is off the charts. 

Anyway we were using the mower in the woods cutting acres of pine straw and fallen small limbs and sticks. The environment was brutal. we mowed for days in a dust cloud so bad the workers had to wear mask. We hit stumps at full speed with zero damage other than very minor to the mulching door after we hit a tree.
