Bad Boy Mowers Announces New Expansion

Batesville, Ark—  Bad Boy Mowers Phillip Pulley and Robert Foster have created a vision of success for not only themselves but for 120 employees. “When we first started making mowers we could build one mower every two months, then one every two weeks, then one a week, then one a day. By 2008 we (BBM) will produce one mower every three and a half minutes,” said Robert Foster co-owner of Bad Boy Mowers.

Bad Boy Mowers has recently purchased a state of the art completely automated powder coat paint system.  This system is the only one of its kind in the world.  BBM currently has 4 new integrated robot welders, with auto-motion technology, and will be adding one more in the next two months. In addition, BBM uses the latest in laser cutting technology with 3 trumpf machines.  With three trumpf break presses, six welding stations, four diesel trucks for sales associates, ten trailers, three semi trucks, three semi trailers, and twelve forklifts Bad Boy Mowers is gearing up for 2008.

Also, In 2007 Bad Boy Mowers has hired five new sales associates including; Doug Brasel, James Potter, David Rhodes, Daniel Stone, and Shane White.

Bad Boy Mowers recently purchased the Boeing Aircraft facility in Melbourne, AR with plans to launch gas, electric, and diesel multi terrain vehicle lines.  As an overall company Bad Boy Mowers anticipates hiring another 75 employees within the next six months.

Bad Boy Mowers is currently adding a new high-tech 67,500 square foot assembly plant. The new plant is the tenth building to be constructed since 2001.  “We hope to see the new assembly plant in Batesville in operation in late December or by early January,” said Foster. BBM facilities now reside on a total of 300,000 square feet.

“Our goal is to be the Harley-Davidson of mowers. We are not striving to be the biggest, but the best at what we do,” said Foster.
