St Louis, MO – Bad Boy and the St Lou is Cardinals kicked off their big seasons Monday night in front of an eager and impressive crowd. As you already know, Bad Boy has jumped on board with the Cardinals for a full season commitment for 2010, and it looks to be a promising one for both Bad Boy and the St Louis Cardinals. Monday night’s opening night was definitely a leap in the right direction.
During Monday night’s home opener, it was much like the last few years for St Louis… an Albert Pujols exhibition. He has managed to figure out every pitcher so far in his career, and last night was no exception. He dazzled the crowd and heightened the expectations of the Cardinal faithful by hitting a home run and collecting 4 RBI’s as the Cards beat the Astros 5-0 at Busch Stadium. Rodriguez had never allowed a homer to Pujols until Monday night, but he now falls into a long line of victims to the always hot bat of the Cards star.
The Cardinals now remain atop the NL Central with a 5-2 record. It's the third consecutive season in which St. Louis has won five of its first seven games. The game was played before 46,918 fans, the largest regular-season crowd in the history of the current Busch Stadium. And they were all treated to a great player at his best.
Bad Boy was proud to be on hand for opening night and was also treated to a tremendous show. We are anxious for the upcoming season and our involvement with the St Louis Cardinals. Things were fantastic at our booth for the event, and everyone showed a lot of interest in Bad Boy. This should be a great season for two top clubs this year… your St Louis Cardinals and your Bad Boy Mowers.
